MPI is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site delivery for multiple commercial and K-12 projects. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, and quality, coordinating subcontractors and site teams under the Project Manager's guidance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with CPM scheduling and Procore. A track record of delivering within budget and timeline is essential for success in this growing regional contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in a general contractor environment.
• Experience delivering commercial construction or K-12 projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies with exposure to CPM planning.
• Experience overseeing tenant improvement or small-to-mid sized construction works.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Proficient with construction management software, preferably Procore.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous.

The Construction Superintendent will report into the Project Manager and take ownership of on‑site delivery across multiple commercial projects, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and quality outcomes.

• Lead daily site operations across multiple small to large‑scale commercial and K-12 projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles
• Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all site and organizational standards
• Monitor construction progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelines
• Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Oversee reporting processes including daily logs, progress updates, and project forecasting
