A leading construction firm in Virginia is looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in Construction Management, specifically in Electrical projects. Responsibilities include supervising crews and managing documentation for commercial construction projects. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman for Electrical projects.
• Experience with Ground-up and Installation Commercial Construction projects.
• Experience with Construction Administration including documentation and inspections.
• Virginia electrician license is a plus.

Job description

An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Nobhill, VA area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent with a background in Commercial Construction projects. Required work experience includes:

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Management as a Superintendent or Foreman for Electrical projects is a MUST
• Experience with Ground‑up and Installation Commercial Construction projects (including Healthcare/Medical, Institutional/Educational, and Industrial projects) is a MUST
• Experience with Construction Administration (e.g., Labor/Material and Project Tracking, documentation, inspections, and supervising crews of 10+ people) is a MUST
• Electrician license in the state of Virginia is a BIG PLUS
