Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience as Superintendent, General Foreman, Lead Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Experience overseeing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements.
• Experience managing manpower planning and project schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations on active construction projects.
• Manage foremen, electricians, subcontractors, and project crews.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site logistics.
• Drive project schedules and maintain productive workflow.
• Conduct regular site walks and proactively resolve field issues.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and other trades to support successful execution.
• Participate in owner, contractor, and coordination meetings.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure installations meet project requirements.
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Track workforce productivity and labor utilization.
• Support project closeout, turnover, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
