Qualifications

As a "boots on the ground" leader, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field work, installation, and manpower/equipment allocation.
• Enforce safety policies, jobsite compliance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate schedules and material needs with the Project Manager.
• Lead, mentor, and conduct daily huddles with foremen and field crews.
• Track progress and report field conditions and issues.
