Allegiance Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT - UNDERGROUND UTILITIES to lead field operations across its growing project portfolio. This hands-on role requires running a jobsite, directing crews and subcontractors, and keeping work moving safely and on schedule.

You will oversee underground electrical infrastructure, duct banks, manholes, directional drilling, cable pulling and site lighting on commercial, healthcare, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of construction field experience.
• Experience as Project Superintendent, General Foreman or Foreman.
• Background in underground utilities or civil infrastructure.
• Experience with duct banks, conduit, manholes or directional drilling is desirable.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate work sequencing.
• Proven leader of crews and subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT - UNDERGROUND UTILITIES

Charlotte, NC | $105,000-$120,000 + Bonus Pool + Company Vehicle

I'm working with a growing electrical and underground utility contractor in Charlotte that's looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across its expanding project portfolio.

The work includes underground electrical infrastructure, duct banks, manholes, directional drilling, cable pulling and site lighting across commercial, healthcare, industrial and infrastructure projects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, lead crews and subcontractors, and keep work moving safely and on schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

• A background in underground utilities, underground electrical, civil infrastructure or similar construction.
• Experience with duct banks, conduit, manholes, directional drilling or related underground work is highly desirable.
• Ability to read plans, understand elevations and coordinate work sequencing.
• Proven experience leading crews and managing subcontractors.
• Someone who takes ownership, communicates well and keeps projects moving.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
