As Superintendent, you will execute and supervise the construction process for the assigned homes ensuring all specifications are completed for home buyer closing. Your oversight of the schedule and direction of Trades will ensure quality standards, adherence to building codes and health & safety requirements are met.
This role is required to flex between various sites in the greater Charlotte, NC area.
