Job summary

Empire Homes’ SouthCraft division seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead the construction of assigned homes across the greater Charlotte, NC area. You will oversee schedule adherence, code compliance and quality, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure successful buyer closings.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on site supervision, and the ability to move between multiple sites as needed. Join a growing homebuilding team with a commitment to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential building experience.
• Experience with BuildPro is a definite asset.
• Ability to motivate and direct a team and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction process from start to finish, including budget control, code compliance and technical guidance to trades and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and issue reports; address code violations, trade deficiencies, material delays and safety concerns.
• Execute full completion of assigned homes prior to closing and conduct buyer orientation walk-throughs; address warranty items with trades or subcontractors.
