Job summary

The General Contractor in Central NC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee construction operations for commercial projects. You will work closely with construction employees, subcontractors, clients and the project team to ensure work meets standards and is completed on time.

You will ensure materials are on hand, monitor budgets, and coordinate with vendors and teammates to keep projects running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity with a growing NC company near your home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Foreman or Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Ability to do hands-on work as needed on job sites
• Experience working with sub-contractors
• Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with clients
• Computer skills needed
