Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to guide our construction projects from pre-construction through post-construction.

You will manage subcontractors, develop plans, and lead a high-performing team to deliver on time and within budget while ensuring safety and quality standards. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Superintendent role in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, team leadership, construction management, change orders, negotiation, pre-construction, multi-family, subcontractor management, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
• Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Certifications such as CCM, CSL, or similar are a plus.
• Must be willing to travel as needed to oversee construction projects.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.

Responsibilities

9. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities.
10. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and overall project.
11. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain open communication, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction upon project completion.
