We are currently seeking a Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of safety. Responsibilities:

• As a Superintendent, your role will be multi-faceted and pivotal to the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
• 1. Overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• 2. Developing and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• 3. Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to create a safe work environment for all team members.
• 4. Managing subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project goals, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• 5. Ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:
