Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to provide leadership across multiple active construction projects. You will oversee field operations, drive safety and quality standards, mentor field leadership, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in alignment with schedule requirements.

With 10+ years of field leadership, you will manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field reporting to drive results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Proven experience leading multiple superintendents and complex projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods across multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control practices.
• Ability to read, interpret, and enforce construction documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficiency with construction technology and field reporting tools.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of accountability and respect.
