Renewyx has partnered with a growing multifamily developer and operator in the Boise, Idaho area to bring on a Boise Superintendent. Ground-up multifamily construction with real site ownership and no red tape.

The role requires running the day-to-day operations on site from groundbreaking to final walk, leading subcontractors, tight scheduling, and strict quality and safety adherence. Ideal candidates have a track record as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or multifamily builds and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or multifamily builds.
• Able to run subcontractors, schedules and inspections solo.
• Based in the Boise area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day of a multifamily construction site from groundbreaking to final walk.
• Lead subcontractors and maintain schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure quality and safety standards on site.
