Renewyx in Boise, ID seeks a Senior Superintendent to own multifamily projects from mobilization through closeout. You will lead crews, manage schedules, read drawings, and ensure safety with a proactive leadership presence.

Ideal candidates have proven superintendent experience on multifamily builds, strong subcontractor management, and familiarity with Procore; nice-to-have OSHA 30 and travel-ready. Excellent compensation and benefits.

What you need:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects
• Strong command of subcontractor management, unit turnover scheduling, and jobsite safety
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with precision
• Leadership presence, this is a role that runs the site, not just supervises it

Nice to have:

• OSHA 30 certification
• Procore or comparable project management software experience
• Ground-up or garden-style multifamily background

Compensation and benefits:

• $125,000 to $150,000 base salary
