Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or superintendent-level experience within hydroflushing or related industrial field services.
  • Strong knowledge of high-pressure water equipment and safe operating procedures.
  • Proven experience managing and developing field crews.
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety and industrial work environments.
  • Ability to coordinate manpower, equipment, scheduling, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and resolving field issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day hydroflushing field operations, including manpower, equipment, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop field crews, including foremen, operators, technicians, and laborers.
  • Coordinate personnel and equipment requirements for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure projects are properly staffed and crews have the equipment and materials required to complete work.
  • Manage multiple jobs and customer requirements throughout the assigned territory.
  • Monitor job progress, productivity, labor hours, equipment utilization, and project schedules.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable safety standards.
  • Conduct and participate in jobsite safety meetings, pre-job planning, and hazard assessments.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure crews follow proper procedures when working with high-pressure water and industrial equipment.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical and operational support to crews.
  • Coordinate with customers, project managers, operations, and other internal departments throughout each project.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained, inspected, and ready for deployment.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new field employees.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety, equipment utilization, and overall field performance.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers during field operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Hydroflush Superintendent to oversee field operations, crews, equipment, safety, and project execution throughout the Beltsville, Maryland area.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring hydroflushing projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydroflushing, high-pressure water services, industrial cleaning, pipeline or piping systems, or related industrial field services, along with proven experience supervising field crews and managing multiple projects.
