Job summary

Well-established, nationally recognised construction company in Austin is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a 10,000 SF retail development alongside a 25,000 SF industrial centre in the North Austin / Georgetown area.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and monitor quality, safety and productivity while collaborating with the Project Manager and wider project team.

This is a key role during a period of expansion in Texas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial construction.
• Excellent subcontractor and site management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Monitor quality, safety and productivity on site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate field activities.
