Job summary

Well-known, nationally recognised construction company in Temple, Texas, seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead a 400,000 SF ground-up industrial project. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage logistics, and drive the project schedule to successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive scheduling and safety/quality management skills, with experience on large industrial sites and a proven ability to manage multiple trades and teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
• Experience on 300,000+ SF projects is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing and site logistics.
• Excellent safety and quality management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a 400,000 SF industrial project.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing and manpower requirements.
• Maintain and drive the project schedule.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and site inspections.
• Monitor quality, safety and productivity.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction documents.
