Leading GCs are hiring Senior Superintendents to lead large-scale ground-up mission critical and data center builds.

• Own the field. Lead operations, safety, schedule, quality, and execution from mobilization through turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead full site operations: manpower, logistics, sequencing, production
• Drive master schedule with Project Manager and subcontractors
• Manage Superintendents, Foremen, trades, and daily field coordination
• Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain owner-facing communication
• Oversee safety, quality control, inspections, and field documentation
• Manage site risk, deliveries, logistics, and critical path activities
• Ensure milestones, turnover dates, and punchlist targets are achieved
• Coordinate MEP rough-in, commissioning, startup, and final turnover planning

Requirements

• 8+ years as Superintendent with GC experience
• Experience in data center, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or large technical builds
• Strong field leadership: schedule, sequencing, logistics, execution
• Proven leadership of large teams and complex ground-up projects
• Strong communication with clients, inspectors, and trade partners
• Willingness to travel or relocate depending on project needs
