MPI is actively seeking a Superintendent for complex healthcare and commercial builds based in El Paso, TX. You will oversee on-site construction activities and partner with the Project Manager to drive safety, schedule and quality across all delivery phases.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of field leadership or a construction management degree, and proficiency in Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel and AutoCAD, with OSHA 30 and travel flexibility to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Degree in construction management or related field or 10+ years' progressive field leadership experience.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, schedules and technical documentation.
• Proficiency using construction technology (Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD).
• Demonstrated success driving safety compliance and site culture.
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems quickly and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• OSHA 30 and ability to travel as needed.

• Maintain full understanding of plans, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment and materials to meet project milestones.

• Support pre-construction, constructability reviews, scheduling and project close-out.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant
