The role oversees complex projects in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, and other large commercial developments, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Assistant Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven success leading ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (or similarly complex projects)
• Experience in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, or large commercial construction
• Strong leadership in managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and project sequencing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
