The Arizona Department of Health Services seeks a SunWise & BRACE Intern in Phoenix to support sun cancer prevention education and climate health initiatives. You will prepare and present health education materials, support outreach events, and help expand the SunWise network.

Candidates pursuing a degree in Public Health or related fields, with strong communication skills and comfort presenting to groups, are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in public health or related field.
• Strong understanding of sun safety education concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with sun cancer prevention educational activities in-person and remotely.
• Distribute sun safety resources at outreach events and by mail.
• Conduct sun safety education effectiveness assessments.
• Review published literature on sun safety and skin cancer prevention.
• Expand the SunWise program by adding educational partners.
