Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors seeks experienced in-home Sunroom Sales Representatives to join our team. Leads provided, no cold calling, and paid training help you start strong as you build trust and close high-value sunroom and home improvement sales.

With 60+ years in the business, we offer comprehensive benefits, ongoing coaching, and performance-based rewards. This role requires flexible evenings/weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory to meet

Qualifications

Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services.
Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability.
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities.
Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications are a plus.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations.
