Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors seeks an experienced in-home Sunroom Sales Representative to present solutions, build trust with customers, and close high-value deals.

You will work with pre-qualified appointments, receive paid training, and benefit from daily coaching. Expect an energetic, goal-driven environment and a pathway to substantial earnings with a reputable home-improvement brand.

Qualifications

Proven success in consultative or in-home sales.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building.
Self-motivated with drive to meet sales goals.
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to explain product features and financing options.
High school diploma; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers

Opportunities for daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions

Qualifications

Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services.
Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability.
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities.
Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Backgrounds

Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales.
HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high-value retail sales.
Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations.

Training Requirement

This role includes a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. Training begins virtually on August 10th, followed by one week of hands‑on training in Indianapolis beginning August 17th with our Sunrooms experts. After returning, you will complete an additional two weeks of hands‑on training in your home market, working alongside experienced team members to further develop your skills before transitioning into the role independently.
