Job summary

Champion Window in Tulsa, OK is seeking Sunroom and Window Sales Representatives with leads provided and paid training. No cold calling remains optional for Window Sales Rep. This role offers substantial earning potential and a robust benefits package.

You will present in-home, identify customer needs, and close sales using Champion’s proven sales approach. Earnings range from six figures with training and daily coaching, plus health, dental, and 401K benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; higher degrees are a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with in-home discussions and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and present Champion’s solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales; participate in daily training and coaching sessions.
