Dunkin' Donuts is hiring a Sandwich Maker to join our team in our restaurant. This role focuses on preparing high-quality sandwiches, wraps, and related items while delivering friendly, fast service to guests. You will work early morning shifts and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient dining area.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we train you. You’ll need to be reliable, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with a strong work ethic and good communication

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior restaurant experience required — on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps and other food items per Dunkin' recipes and standards.
• Prepare orders accurately per guest specifications.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate guest service.
• Take orders and process transactions using the POS system, when applicable.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and temperature-control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized sandwich station, kitchen, dining area and restroom.
• Stock food, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow Dunkin' brand standards, procedures, and company policies.
• Complete opening, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties as assigned.
• Answer guest questions and communicate concerns to a manager when needed.
• Work with the team to maintain speed of service and a positive guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
