Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Alabama is hiring a Sandwich Maker for early morning shifts (4:00 AM–11:00 AM or 6:00 AM–1:00 PM). You’ll prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other items, providing fast, friendly guest service in a clean, safe, efficient restaurant.

No prior restaurant experience is required—we train you! You’ll work with a team to maintain speed of service, complete opening/closing duties, and follow Dunkin’ brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior restaurant experience required—we will train you!
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Friendly, guest-focused with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other items according to Dunkin’ recipes and standards.
• Prepare orders accurately according to guest specifications.
• Provide fast, friendly guest service.
• Take orders and process transactions using the POS system where applicable.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and temperature-control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized sandwich station, kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Stock food, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow Dunkin’ brand standards, procedures, and company policies.
• Complete opening, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties.
