Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be in proper uniform with nametag.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with guests and team members about hotel features and operations.
• Follow sanitation regulations and use chemicals per OSHA guidelines.
• Set up workstation, inspect tools and equipment, and check production schedule.
• Assist Head Cook/Sous Chef with assignments and daily prep.
• Wrap, label and date items; organize storage areas; close duties.
• Describe menu items, preparation methods, and prices as needed.

Education

High School Graduate or GED

1-2 years food & beverage experience

English language & communication

Guest relations training (preferred)
