• Label all food items clearly, including allergen information where applicable.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to dietary needs and special accommodations.
• Monitor the breakfast area, restock items, and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk for smooth service.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and brand standards; handle equipment properly.
• Complete required shift paperwork and perform closing duties.
