Job summary

Donut Gallery is seeking a reliable Breakfast Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare eggs, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, and other breakfast items on a flat-top grill, supporting our breakfast and diner operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook, Breakfast Cook, Line Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.
• Comfortable working with a flat-top grill.
• Basic experience preparing eggs, omelets, sandwiches, burgers, and breakfast items.
• Ability to follow recipes, portions, and food preparation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced breakfast environment.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine kitchen tasks.
• Availability to work 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare eggs, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and other menu items using a flat-top grill.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, station setup, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
