Job summary

Aspen One seeks a Breakfast Cook in Ketchum, Idaho to support breakfast service according to F&B specifications. You will assist chefs, set up stations, and maintain cleanliness during morning shifts. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prefer 2 years of food prep or culinary training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats.
• Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications.
• May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations.
• Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries.
• Set up, work, and breakdown station.
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Submit production needs for following day by shift end.
• Other duties as assigned.
