Limelight Hotels Aspen One is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our seasonal Food & Beverage team in Aspen. You will set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, replenish items, assist guests, and keep the dining area tidy and welcoming, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities include preparing service areas for breakfast, brewing coffee, attending to dietary needs, and rotating into stewarding tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and coordinate breakfast setup.

Responsabilités

• Set up breakfast each morning; shift is 5:30am to 2:30pm.
• Arrange food service equipment and dining area daily.
• Serve guests hot and cold breakfast items.
• Restock dry foods and refill drink stations during breakfast.
• Assist in brewing coffee for guests.
• Assist guests with breakfast questions and needs.
• Wipe tables and keep service areas clean during breakfast.
• Breakdown breakfast stations and reset for Apres/dinner services.
• Rotate into stewarding duties as scheduled.
