Home2 Suites by Hilton Springdale Cincinnati is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to help create a welcoming morning experience for guests. You will prepare, present, and maintain the breakfast area to high cleanliness and presentation standards, supporting a smooth start to guests' days.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and safety; flexible mornings/weekends are required. No previous formal experience is required, but helpful; training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet according to company standards.
• Prepare food and beverages for service and ensure items meet health, safety, and presentation guidelines.
• Keep the buffet fully stocked throughout the shift, refreshing items as needed.
• Clear and clean tables promptly; wipe down chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized breakfast area and ensure service stations remain stocked and tidy.
• Perform opening and closing side-work, including cleaning, restocking, and organizing supplies.
• Alert management to any service, safety, or maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and make appropriate service-recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory and other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
