Home2 Suites by Hilton Springdale Cincinnati is seeking a dependable Hotel Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards. You will support the housekeeping team, ensuring a welcoming environment and timely service for guests.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety procedures, and the ability to work independently within a supportive hotel team. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are available to assist guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or residential cleaning strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards, including bathrooms, living areas, and sleeping spaces.
• Complete daily service tasks such as trash removal, towel exchange, and surface wipe‑downs.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Restock housekeeping carts, storage closets, and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection‑control procedures.
• Respect and handle guest belongings appropriately.
• Support team members and communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Executive and Front Desk.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
