Job summary

Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to warmly serve guests and maintain a clean, welcoming breakfast area. The role requires ensuring hot breakfast is prepared and presented according to policy, while keeping the buffet stocked and guests satisfied.

Shifts include mornings with potential nights/weekends; high school diploma or equivalent preferred and prior restaurant or customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
• Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
• Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
• Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.
• Embrace the OHM culture and safety norms.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.
