Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to start the day with a warm smile and efficient service. You will manage a welcoming breakfast area, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, teamwork, and flexibility to support early shifts; hotel experience and ServSafe certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Must be SERVSAFE certified.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area.
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu.
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards.
• Deliver consistent, excellent guest service.
