Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join the Food & Beverage team. This full-time, year-round role involves maintaining a welcoming breakfast area, stocking items, and delivering excellent guest service to start each guest’s day.

The position requires early mornings, with shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include PTO, health and dental insurance, 401(k), and team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work early mornings with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast area according to Hilton brand standards
• Ensure food and beverage items are fully stocked, fresh, and presented neatly throughout service
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, serving stations, and kitchen areas
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Assist with food preparation and proper storage procedures
• Clean and break down the breakfast area after service
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests
• Support overall hotel operations and assist team members as needed
