Highgate Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at Residence Inn Richmond in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service in the complimentary breakfast area, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests with a warm, engaging demeanor.

You will work a schedule that includes early hours, weekends, and holidays, greet guests, stock breakfast areas, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet legal age to serve beverages and satisfactorily pass responsible serving course as required by property.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and staff.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and seat where appropriate; ensure friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of breakfast area.
• Stock, replenish, and rotate food and beverage items.
• Prepare and serve beverages and specialty drinks as required.
• Handle cashing out and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Answer questions about the hotel and local area.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and side work.
• Adhere to hotel brand standards and service procedures.
