TRAVERSE BAY CAFE is hiring a bartender for our pre-opening team in Michigan. The breakfast shift starts early at 5:30AM, with duties spanning from crafting beverages to delivering outstanding service and shaping guest experiences.

You will be a storyteller and brand ambassador, helping create memorable moments while maintaining cleanliness, handling cash, and coordinating with kitchen staff during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending, preferably in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Maintain bar area cleanliness and comply with health regulations.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and events during busy periods.
• Monitor bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Create a welcoming, hospitality-driven atmosphere.
