Job summary

Hope-Church is seeking a Lodge Ministry Coordinator to support the Volunteer Lead in delivering a welcoming, organized Sunday experience at the Lodge location. You will coordinate volunteers, ministry operations, and Sunday logistics to ensure staff and volunteers are prepared to serve and welcome guests.

Focus on hospitality, volunteer engagement, and cross-team coordination to advance Hope's priorities and help attendees take meaningful next steps within the HOPE community.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating volunteers, events, hospitality, ministry, or related activities.
• Experience working or serving in a church, ministry, nonprofit, or volunteer-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Sunday worship experience with volunteer teams and ministry staff.
• Ensure information, people, and resources are available for all Sunday teams.
• Serve as main contact for Lodge volunteers and team leaders on Sundays.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling of Lodge volunteers.
• Track attendance and communicate feedback from services and events.
• Support guest connection and pathways for new attendees to engage.
