Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the duties listed.
• Must possess a Kansas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with air brakes or obtain one within six months of hire.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license and ability to operate broad range of groundskeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance for all equipment used.
• Operate a variety of equipment including mowers, trucks, tractors, and power tools.
• Load and unload materials like stone, gravel, dirt, and trash.
• Perform sport field maintenance and general groundskeeping tasks.
• Prune, trim, and remove shrubs, trees, and stumps.
• Assist with snow removal and other related duties as assigned.
