This role leads Summer/Winter Sessions, Youth Programs, and Continuing Education, partnering with external organizations to support recruitment and enrollment goals for degree-seeking students.

Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Manager drives strategy across enrollment management, marketing, and program assessment, ensuring high-quality student experiences and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five+ years of leadership experience in continuing education or enrollment management.
• Proven track record in developing programs that increase enrollment or revenue.
• Experience managing budgets, operations, and complex projects.
• Experience supervising professional staff.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a complex higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for SUNY Purchase’s Summer/Winter Sessions and related programs.
• Oversee planning, enrollment management, marketing, implementation, and assessment to support student success.
• Coordinate youth and precollege programs showcasing arts and liberal arts strengths.
• Work with academic departments and campus partners to ensure effective program operations and strong enrollment outcomes.
