Job summary

The internship is in-office with no remote opportunities, located in Madison, WI or West Bend, WI. Participants will experience cross-functional assignments across Claims, Loss Control, Accounting and Sales to build practical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Risk Management & Insurance, Business or Math).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quoting new business and processing renewals.
• Contribute to underwriting projects that impact profitability.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional experiences with Claims, Loss Control, Accounting and Sales.
• Participate in mentorship, Capstone presentations and feedback sessions that highlight internship impact.
