Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) invites you to join our 10-week Transformation Intern program in Atlanta. You will work hands-on to advance strategic initiatives, analyze data, and support change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, finance, operations, analytics, information systems, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Support planning, tracking, and reporting of transformation initiatives.
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Maintain project plans, status updates, meeting notes, and transformation trackers.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for leaders and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate meetings and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
