As a Transformation Intern, you will help advance strategic initiatives, analyze data, and support executive communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently a rising undergraduate student in business, finance, operations, analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and reporting of transformation initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and analyze project data to identify trends and risks.
• Maintain project plans, status updates, notes, and transformation tracking tools.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for leaders and cross-functional teams.
