Job summary

The Spectrum internship program offers a paid, full-time 11-week experience designed to give you real-world exposure to telecommunications. You’ll work in multiple teams, contribute to meaningful projects and gain mentorship and professional development.

Open to students pursuing specified majors with a 3.0+ GPA, the internship runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with networking opportunities, dashboards creation, and opportunities to grow within America’s Connectivity Company.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The AEO Delivery and Planning team provides support to the Engineering and Operations team by managing all projects to deliver on time with great quality. This team partners with the Engineers to help deliver the end to end technical solutions such that the customers can benefit from the capability.
• The intern will assist in the delivery of technical solutions and may assist with the purchasing and ordering of equipment. The intern may also assist with process improvements, testing automation and creation of dashboards
• As part of Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
• Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
