Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation date Dec 2027–May 2028
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern events
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Assist with internship and fellowship recruiting activities, support university engagement initiatives, help coordinate programming for student programs, assist with tracking and recruiting metrics, conduct research on early career and emerging talent trends
