Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience in telecommunications. Open to students pursuing Computer Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

You will work alongside two teams, participate in professional development sessions, and gain exposure to mentors who can guide your career. The program runs May 26–August 6, 2027, with networking and cross-functional projects throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Network Tools & Automation team with IP and Optical network automation tasks.
• Create code artifacts to support audit/remediation activities and scripting for data retrieval and processing.
