Job summary

Humana invites you to join our Summer 2027 Technology Intern program, a 12-week, in-person experience at our Louisville headquarters. You'll work on real projects across software, cloud, data analytics, UX, AI, and cybersecurity, guided by experienced technologists and industry leaders.

This internship emphasizes hands-on learning, structured onboarding, team placements, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site for the 12-week internship in Louisville, KY.
Must be a current full-time student pursuing a degree in a related field (CS/IT/Engineering/Data Analytics/Cybersecurity).
Graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
Must complete CodeVue technical assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced technologists on initiatives across project management, software, data analytics and cybersecurity.
Work on hands-on projects in software, cloud engineering, UI/UX, and AI topics.
participate in onboarding, team placements, and mentorship sessions, contributing to meaningful outcomes.
Present learnings and outcomes to leaders during workshops and demos.
