• Demonstrate respect for diversity of identities and experiences; promote equity and inclusion.
• Collaborate on residential life by working on a dorm team to support boarding students.
• Advise 10–15 students; act as the main contact between Exeter Summer and families.
• Assist with move-in/move-out dates, chaperone activities, and evening events.
