Qualifications

• Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool/Kindergarten age children.

Responsibilities

• Models, articulates, and encourages cooperative behavior among the children.
• Interacts with children in a warm, nurturing way while providing an appropriate adult role model.
• Supports the teaching team and childcare center activities in a timely, caring manner.
• Supervises all activities indoors and out to ensure safety and well-being.
• Resolves problems with children or parents in conjunction with teachers and Director.
• Assists in maintaining equipment and ensuring classroom cleanliness and orderliness.
• Changes diapers and clothing following center protocol.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
