Job summary

Greystar’s Corporate Accounting & Tax Internship provides hands-on experience across External Reporting, Technical Accounting, and Tax. You’ll work on real projects while gaining exposure to financial reporting, tax compliance, and investor reporting.

You’ll rotate through teams such as Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations for summer-wide experience with mentorship and speaker Series. Program dates: June 2, 2027 – August 6, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly financial reporting and disclosures.
• Support accounting research, technical accounting projects, and reporting processes.
• Prepare tax workpapers supporting returns, audits, and REIT compliance.
• Assist with investor tax documentation, including Schedule K-1s.
• Maintain and reconcile accounting and tax tracking information.
